Mission & Relevance
AHRQ WebM&M (Morbidity and Mortality Rounds on the Web) features expert analysis of medical errors reported anonymously by our readers and includes interactive learning modules on patient safety ("Spotlight Cases"). WebM&M was recently added to AHRQ PSNET, and includes Cases and Commentaries as well as Perspectives on Safety.

Products
The site offers Cases and related Commentaries monthly, including a “Spotlight” Case with a related quiz for CME/CMU credit.

AHRQ WebM&M accepts cases involving all settings of care (ambulatory or outpatient care, acute care hospitalization, rehabilitation, and long-term care).
Participating Agencies and Institutions
AHRQ WebM&M is produced for AHRQ by a team of editors at the University of California, San Francisco, headed by Robert M. Wachter, M.D., professor and associate chairman of the Department of Medicine. The editorial team is advised by a 16-member Editorial Board and a 34-member Advisory Board, both international in scope.
