AHRQ Policy on Nondiscrimination

AHRQ will not tolerate discrimination or harassment on the basis of that individual’s race, color, religion, pregnancy, sex, gender (including gender identity and sexual orientation), national origin, age, disability, genetic information, retaliation for opposing discriminatory practices, or participating in the discrimination complaint process. These efforts are consistent with Executive Order 13988, Preventing and Combatting Discrimination on the Basis of Gender Identity or Sexual Orientation, and all other federal civil rights laws, regulations, and Executive Orders addressing equal opportunity in the Agency’s activities.
