This manual provides a step-by-step guide with tools intended for anyone interested in implementing a trauma-informed approach. On page 41 is the Trauma-Informed Climate Scale-10 (TICS-10), a brief scale to assess how trauma-informed the organization is based on culture and climate and policies and procedures. Starting on page 92 is a comprehensive list of tools and resources to elicit qualitative feedback on various aspects of leading and communication trauma-informed change.
