This toolkit was developed by the Quality Measurement, Evaluation, Testing, Review, and Implementation Consortium (QMETRIC) project team from the Susan B. Meister Child Health Evaluation and Research Center (CHEAR) at the University of Michigan, and funded by the Agency for Healthcare Research and Quality (AHRQ) and the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) under the Pediatric Quality Measures Program (PQMP). The PQMP website is available at https://www.ahrq.gov/pqmp/index.html.
