Summary
The Agency for Healthcare Research and Quality (AHRQ) hosted a webcast to introduce the SOPS Hospital Survey 2.0. AHRQ developed and pilot tested the new version of the Surveys on Patient Safety Culture™ (SOPS™) to update the original hospital survey and incorporate user feedback. Webcast speakers discussed what’s different and what to expect when transitioning to Version 2.0.

About the Surveys on Patient Safety Culture
The Surveys on Patient Safety Culture are a suite of surveys that assess provider and staff opinions about patient safety culture in hospitals, outpatient medical offices, nursing homes, community pharmacies, and ambulatory surgery centers. The patient safety culture surveys program at the Agency for Healthcare Research and Quality (AHRQ) supports the development and promotion of patient safety culture surveys, resources, and databases, and provides technical assistance to users.
