Nursing Home Survey on Patient Safety Culture
AHRQ sponsored the development of the AHRQ Surveys on Patient Safety Culture® (SOPS®) Nursing Home Survey to assess staff perceptions about the culture of patient safety in their nursing home. The survey was designed to be used in nursing homes that may or may not include short-term skilled nursing care or rehabilitation care. It is not designed for use in assisted living facilities, community care facilities, or independent living facilities.
