TeamSTEPPS Module 1: Communication

Module 1 covers the communication concepts and tools included in TeamSTEPPS. The module includes a high-level overview (section 1), an explanation of the communication concepts and tools (section 2), and guidance and slides for teaching them (section 3). Information about implementing the module's tools, including the assessment of an organization’s readiness for TeamSTEPPS, is provided in the Implementation section (section 4).
