TeamSTEPPS Training Simulation Videos
Video-based simulation training is an easy-to-use method for teams to practice applying TeamSTEPPS principles to real scenarios. The goal of these trainings is for teams to be able to identify TeamSTEPPS principles/tools that promote effective teamwork and then apply these principles in day-to-day clinical work.

It can be delivered in any setting and only requires basic audiovisual capabilities for in-person training or a video-conferencing platform for virtual training. |
TeamSTEPPS provides video simulation training for:
- Team Leadership Unit (goes with module 2 curriculum).
- Situation Monitoring Unit (goes with module 3 curriculum).
- Mutual Support Unit (goes with module 4 curriculum).
Each module has a facilitator's guide, slides, and video segments to support the training.
