This collection of tools helps a practice decide whether research findings have sufficient strength of evidence and relevance to primary care practices to warrant implementation. It includes a worksheet for assessing research findings, a template for summarizing those findings, and links to additional resources for selecting and customizing evidence. This resource supports selection and implementation of evidence, an aspect of Key Driver 1: Seek, select, and customize the best evidence for use by the practice.
