At-a-glance information on description of safety concerns, origin of safety concerns, and type of substance involved is presented, followed by further examination of incidents and near misses. Selecting one of the options in the top table below will display a related figure and table. This information can also be downloaded as an Excel file from the links in the Additional Resources box.
