Prevention TaskForce is a free application that clinicians can use to search and browse U.S. Preventive Services Task Force (USPSTF) recommendations on the Web or on a PDA or mobile device. The app brings information on clinical preventive services—recommendations, clinical considerations, and selected practice tools—to the point of care.

Prevention TaskForce provides timely decision support on appropriate screening, counseling, and preventive services for patients. The app is based on the current, evidence-based recommendations of the USPSTF and can be searched by specific patient characteristics, such as age, sex, and selected behavioral risk factors.
