PBRN Mission Statement:
The mission of Health Choice Network’s Practice Based Research Network (HCN-PBRN) is to strengthen partnerships between Federally Qualified Health Centers’ (FQHC's) patients, clinicians, and staff; academic researchers; and community-based organizations (CBOs) to cooperatively conduct and disseminate community-based research with the goal of eliminating health disparities and increasing health equity.
