This Webcast introduced the new CAHPS Child Hospital Survey (Child HCAHPS). This survey assesses the experiences of pediatric patients and their parents or guardians with inpatient care.
An overview of this new survey was provided, including its development by the Center of Excellence for Pediatric Quality Measurement at Boston Children's Hospital and the experiences of two hospitals that field tested the survey.
