Summary
On October 12, the Agency for Healthcare Research and Quality (AHRQ) hosted a Webcast to give survey users and researchers an opportunity to learn about the latest CAHPS® Consortium tools and research findings. Speakers provided a comprehensive overview of how the CAHPS program works and presented highlights of recent accomplishments. They discussed how the CAHPS program is advancing the science of patient experience assessment and reviewed research findings on the value of CAHPS data for health care providers and consumers.
