AHRQ has developed several resources to improve diagnostic safety: Calibrate Dx, Measure Dx, and the Toolkit for Engaging Patients in Diagnostic Safety. The AHRQ-funded Implementing Diagnostic Excellence Across Systems (IDEAS) project is recruiting healthcare organizations to use and evaluate one or more of these resources.
AHRQ has scheduled Informational webinars on the IDEAS project and the resources through January 16, 2025.
