The National Guideline Clearinghouse (NGC) and National Quality Measures Clearinghouse (NQMC) websites, including the primary content of guideline and measure summaries, respectively, are no longer available.
As a courtesy to our federal partner, the Center for Medicare and Medicaid Services, who supported the availability of NQMC for the last two years (FY16 and FY17), we provide direct access to their quality measures content:
