The Pediatric Asthma Emergency Department Use Toolkit is the product of collaboration among academic and research institutions, state and Federal agencies, and private sector stakeholders. Many individuals guided and contributed to the development of this toolkit.
This toolkit was developed by the IMPLEmenting MEasures NeTwork (IMPLEMENT) for Child Health team lead by Dr. Michael Cabana at the Albert Einstein College of Medicine in collaboration with colleagues at the University of Vermont Child Health Improvement Partnership (VCHIP) and the University of California, San Francisco, and funded by the Agency for Healthcare Research and Quality (AHRQ) and the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) under the Pediatric Quality Measures Program (PQMP).
