Summary
This webcast provided a tutorial on the AHRQ Surveys on Patient Safety Culture™ (SOPS®) Data Entry and Analysis Tool. Speakers demonstrated how you can enter your SOPS survey data into the tool and it will automatically create tables and graphs to display your survey results. The tool allows healthcare organizations to compare results to the data in SOPS Databases.

About the Surveys on Patient Safety Culture
The Surveys on Patient Safety Culture are a suite of surveys that assess provider and staff opinions about patient safety culture in hospitals, outpatient medical offices, nursing homes, community pharmacies, and ambulatory surgery centers. The patient safety culture surveys program at the Agency for Healthcare Research and Quality (AHRQ) supports the development and promotion of patient safety culture surveys, toolkit materials, and databases, and provides technical assistance to users.
