PQMP 2.0 Journal Supplement
The second phase of the Pediatric Quality Measures Program (PQMP) was launched in 2016 to support the implementation and dissemination of evidence-based, consensus-built pediatric quality measures. Highlighting the tremendous work conducted and progress made by the PQMP grantees, the the journal Academic Pediatrics will publish a special supplement called Advancing Children's Healthcare Quality through Implementation and Dissemination: The Pediatric Quality Measures Program..
The journal supplement will have a wide range of commentaries and research articles related to the use and implementation of measures in real-world settings. The supplement will focus primarily on issues related to the use of measures to support quality improvement efforts in pediatric settings. In addition, it will examine implementation considerations, such as using and aligning measures across levels (State, payer, hospital, provider), accessing data, and reporting.
