CUSP and MRSA Prevention
The purpose of the CUSP Premortem Tool is to help the CUSP team anticipate and mitigate potential problems before they occur. Unlike a postmortem, which analyzes a project after a failure, a premortem is conducted proactively before a project launches, to identify potential failures. During a premortem, the team brainstorms all conceivable reasons that could lead to failure, identifying potential barriers and complications. Then the team develops strategies to address these potential issues. By anticipating challenges in advance, the likelihood of failure is reduced.
The CUSP Premortem Tool is designed to guide the CUSP team through the process of conducting a premortem.
